Service Cancellation
- You may cancel a service by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours before the start of the project or service delivery.
- Cancellations made after the project has begun may be subject to a cancellation fee depending on the work completed.
Ongoing Services / Subscriptions
- Monthly or annual service subscriptions can be canceled with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.
How to Cancel
To cancel a service or subscription:
- Email us at info@amaravathitechsystems.com with your order ID and cancellation request.
- We will confirm your cancellation within 2 business days.
